Both sessions were one hour each. Amit has combined the content of both these sessions to create an extended two hour spotlight session with some awesome demos. The two hour session will be delivered LIVE on Saturday, 4 April at Microsoft Mumbai office in Windsor building from 9.30 am to 11:30 am. This session is a free community event. Session AbstractYes, indexes still remain the main bottleneck when it comes to performance; especially when your data grows big. In this demo-heavy session, Amit will take you through real-world scenarios of bad indexing designs and how they can be rectified to improve performance. Focus will remain on clustered and non-clustered indexes and the esoteric combinations of them. If you think you know everything about indexes, think again !
