For all our webinars, we use Zoom software to live stream the session. The joining link is sent to you by email.

Please click on the joining link and install the Zoom plug-in and be ready before the webinar begins. Download & installation may take up to 30 minutes.

If you have trouble installing the plugin on your office laptop or if you have issues joining the webinar from the office network, try joining from your mobile. Just click on the same joining link from mobile and the necessary app will get installed.

A few tips for a great webinar experience:

  1. For optimal visual experience, use a laptop/desktop. The demos might contain extensive SQL code, so having a bigger screen will give you the best learning experience. Therefore, avoid attending the webinar from a mobile phone.
  2. Use Headphones/Earphones for the best audio experience. Test the headsets to ensure that the audio is working fine.
  3. Please keep your mic muted.
  4. Make sure you have good internet speed.
  5. You can use the Q&A panel to ask questions. Questions will be answered after the session is over.
  6. Ensure that audio, video, or zoom software is not blocked by any firewall. If you have firewall issues in your office, we will not be able to support you. In such a case, you can switch over to the SQLMaestros LIVE page.
  7. You can use the Q&A panel to ask questions. Questions will be answered after the session is over.
  8. If there isn’t enough time to answer all the questions, please post them on our LinkedIn SQLMaestros group and the speaker will respond. (Join this group beforehand).
  9. Occasionally chat window will be enabled for friendly communication.
  10. If zoom capacity is full, you can watch YouTube LIVE streaming on the SQLMaestros LIVE page.
  11. All our webinars are recorded for later viewing so you need not record the webinar.
  12. The webinar will start sharp at the start time so please make sure you are all set.
